#WeBuyLokal Campaign

In the midst of the Movement Control Order (MCO) due to the COVID-19 crisis, many local businesses have to shut down or operate in a minimal capacity. Most of these businesses depends on their monthly sales to sustain and do not have a huge cash reserve to backup their operating costs. In these few weeks, all of these businesses are struggling with no sales revenue. Surviving is not a question to them, it is a must.

Therefore, our team are doing our part to help encourage our own local community to support our local business. We are launching a campaign #WeBuyLokal to promote local businesses. We are building this microsite to introduce the local business as well as to update those food & beverage operators that are available for takeaways and deliveries.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

Order takeaways & deliveries

Some of the food outlets and eateries are still operating but only available for takeaways and deliveries. So while we are at home, we can still support them by ordering from them and continue enjoying our favourite meals at home.

Shop online

Retail stores are not allowed to operate except for those selling general necessities. But we can buy from them through the internet.

Know more about local business

With everyone stuck at home, maybe it is the best time to know more about what does our community offers. What are the services and products that our local community offers, and when we recover from the crisis, we can go back and support them.

Give loves & support

At this moment of crisis, what everyone need is love and positive vibes. Share these positive vibes by giving comments and send these shop owners and employees messages of encouragements.

We may not be able to do much to help our neighbourhood shops, but let us do as much as we can to help each other strive through this difficult times.
