Fish head noodle soup is one of Penangite’s favourite, especially after a long day or when we need a bowl of sweet hot soup with noodles. More commonly known as fish head bee hoon, the soup is boiled with fish bones which makes it sweet and served with a choice of either the thin or thick noodles.
Usually the stalls selling the fish head bee hoon will also have a choice of tom yam soup. There are also certain stalls that serves the fried bee hoon, which is different from the normal soup ones.
Curious what are some of the good ones out there. Check this list out.
