George Town Festival 2020 originally scheduled for 11 July to 26 July was cancelled in March due to the spread of COVID-19.
The digital edition of the festival will go live through GTF’s Facebook page and YouTube channel (for free) from 4 July to 19 July.
With the theme ‘Everyone Everywhere’, the Festival continues to make the arts accessible to everyone while creating a never-before-seen virtual experience.
The digital GTF features 9 programmes, including a series of showcases, talks, workshops and screenings.
Everyone has to prepare for and embrace the next norm during and after pandemic, including the arts and culture industry.
